Why is the software not taking into account the $600 tax credit it shows for using a home office for my employer?

The amount I owe stayed exactly the same even after the software determined I should receive a $600 home office credit. It shows up on my list of credits but did nothing for the amount I still owe.

They took away employee itemized deductions like that for 2018....part of the new TCJA tax laws.

My husband and I have diff ETRADE accounts thru our employers but when I try connect my ETRADE account it says my account changed (rather it just remembered his login).
