Why is the new post Tax Reform Act Child Tax Credit of $2,000/child not being used by TurboTax? My Child Tax Credit is still $1,000/child.

The majority of the Tax Credits, including the increased Child Tax Credit increase, do not go into effect until the 2018 tax year. When you file your taxes in 2019 you will see the increased Child Tax Credit.
