Why is nothing showing under Property tax deduction for 2017 2 years comparison?

Did you itemize both years or did you take the Standard Deduction in one of them?

I took standard deductions in 2016. and in 2017 I got Itemized deduction as per turbo tax. I that why this happened?

Yes, when you take the Standard Deduction option, property tax will not show since it was not factored into your tax liability.
