Why is Armenia not an option on the Enter Locaiton Information for Foreign Housing Expenses?

Please give us the heading at the top of the screen where you see this, so we can track down which screen you are talking about. I can see it on the desktop version of Premier on screen "Enter [name]'s foreign address".

Because "Armenia" isn't a "country" as far as the IRS is concerned. It's not listed in the IRS's Form 2555 list at the end of the instructions:

Armenia is certainly a country, even as far as the IRS is concerned. It's just that it's doesn't have a unique value for housing expenses in 2018.

The IRS says "If the location in which you incurred housing expenses is not listed in the table, and the number of days in your qualifying period is 365, enter $31,170 on line 29b."
