Note the credit is claimed on schedule 8812. if the interactive assistant says you qualify but there's nothing on the return, then you answered something incorrectly in Turbotax. We can't see your return. Review the info for the dependent(s) and other questions. if that doesn't fix the issue you'll need to contact support.
