Why doesn't Turbo Tax show that I paid the total amount that I paid for medical insurance?

I paid $10,276 in health insurance and will be paying a $1,428 excess advance premium tax credit repayment. Why doesn't Turbo Tax show that I paid $11,703.72 for insurance?
