Why doesn't my child get the $2200 child tax credit? Turbo tax is only giving me $500. He qualified for $2000 last year?

How old was the child at the end of 2025? If he turned 17 before the end of the year he is no longer eligible for the child tax credit. He gets the $500 credit for other dependents.
