Why does turbo tax show my HSA contributions I made are taxable when I spent the HSA $ only for medical?

Did you answer the question in the 1099-HSA entry section: "Did you spend your HSA money on medical expenses only?" by indicating "Yes" See attached screenshot.) It's hard to say for sure without being to review all of your entries in the 1099-HSA section.
