Why do i not see a tax break for hsa contributions? box 12 was $3500 and 1099-sa was 3370. Why is it showing $0.00 for hsa contributions in turbo tax?

You already got your tax break. The amount of salary, shown in box 1 of your W-2, was already reduced by the $3500 shown in box 12. So you are reporting $3500 less income than you actually had on line 7 of form 1040 (or 1040A).
The HSA deduction on line 25 of form 1040 is for people who do not have an employer sponsored HSA and must set up one themselves

You already got your tax break. The amount of salary, shown in box 1 of your W-2, was already reduced by the $3500 shown in box 12. So you are reporting $3500 less income than you actually had on line 7 of form 1040 (or 1040A).
