You either entered a figure or the amount was entered via some other form (such as the premium on an SSA-1099).

We cannot see your tax return so we cannot know what was entered.  One educated guess----if you entered a SSA1099 for Social Security benefits you received, then the amount that SS withheld from your benefits for Medicare flows over to medical expenses automatically.
