Why cant I add dependent care credit?

My wife and I both worked, but I cannot add dependent care under tax breaks. I fill out the questions and it just returns me to the tax breaks page.

Have you entered your W-2's yet?   If you have not entered income under both of your names on a joint return you cannot get the credit.

Yes, both W-2s have been entered. Only other thing not completed is a 1099div I'm still waiting for.

Make sure you are each showing income.  Check each W2, they should be assigned to the right spouse.   Maybe delete them and re enter them.   How old is your dependent?  Has to be under 13.

I was having the exact same issue. On the phone for 2.5 hours with TurboTax and the tax helper ends up having to submit ticket to IT. So no answer or solution yet. Did yours get resolved?
