Why can’t I use my tax tools

Using tax tools , it’s not allowing me to gain access to tax tools . What can I

First, please try refreshing your screen, next try clearing your browser's cache. Then log out and log back into TurboTax. You can also try using a different browser.

...But wait....have you already E-filed your tax return?

If so, then of course you can't get into Tax Tools to delete a form.

IF....you are actually trying to AMEND a previously filed and accepted tax return, you might be able to get to Tax Tools again, but you need to start the amendment process first.

Now...if you did NOT e-file, bus selected the Mail-In process where you print out the forms and mail them in yourself.....and if you have NOT yet mailed in your tax return forms, and want to change it and print again...then you may get back in by selecting "Add A State" to get into your file, and then the Tax Tools may show up for you.
