The Nonbusiness Energy Property credits were not extended for tax year 2018 in the new tax law. The only credits still available were for Residential Energy Efficient Property installations such as solar, wind energy, and geothermal installations.

You can look at form 5695 to see what credits were still available for 2018: <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f5695.pdf">https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f5695.pdf</a>
