Why can't I claim mileage? this is first year ever for self employement

If you are self-employed and driving for business and not just to and from a regular place of work you CAN claim mileage. To Enter your self-Employed Mileage click the following:

• Income and Expenses
• Edit/Add next to Self-Employment income and expenses
• Review next to the business
• Click Add Expenses for this work
• Scroll down click Vehicle Expenses
• Continue
• Walk through to enter your mileage
