You can enter your self-employment expenses.
Here's how to do this in TurboTax Online:
Navigate to Federal > Wages & Income > Self-employment income and expenses
Select or create your business
Choose "Add expenses for this work"
Select the category. For example, "supplies" and choose continue at the bottom of the page
In the list of expenses, "supplies" will now appear.
