Why are my charitable donations not totalling on line 19 of schedule A?

Can you post a screen shot and remove your name and address? I need to see the numbers you have filled out.

Line 9 of Sch A is the sum of lines 5, 6, 7, and 8. Charitable donations do not go there on Sch A. Charitable donations are on Sch A line 16 and/or 17.

they have been entered on Sch A line 16 and 17 but total of these shows in red on line 19
