Why am I not getting the Dependent and Child Care Credit?

 I have 2 dependents and claim Head of Household - Turbo Tax does not let me enter in the amount I paid for child care? After adding dependents it says I am done without entering any $amount?

How old are they? Do you have income from working?

They are 10 yrs old - no income from working

You have to have earned income to claim that credit, or be a student or disabled. If a student or disabled you have to tell the program that when it asks about it. If that's the case then your earned income is considered to be $500 (when more than one person) for each month or part of month you were a student or disabled. The program will guide you through that once it knows it's supposed to do that.
