Why Am I being asked to fill out forms about, Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit Wks,? This does not apply to me.

               on the review, I keep being asked to fill out these forms. They don't apply to me!

To delete form DR 0617 Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit: 

1. Sign in to TurboTax and open your return by selecting Continue or Pick up where you left off.
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to the form.

A credit is allowed for the purchase or lease of an electric or plug-in hybrid electric motor vehicle that meets all the requirements listed in the link below.

I followed your instructions and it will not delete the form, Form DR 0617 for Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit.  What do I do now?

If deleting Form DR 0617 did not work, you might have to start your state return over.  

To do this:

1. Sign in and open a section of your return.
2. From the menu, select State and then select Continue on the Let's get your state taxes done right screen.
3. On the Status of your state returns screen, select Start Over next to your state, then answer Yes.

If you’ve already paid your state fees, you can’t delete your return.

To delete the Form DR 0617, go under tools, delete forms, look for the form that says Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit and delete this, then it allows you to delete the  form DR 0617.
