If you are itemizing your return, these are included in the medical expense section.  To get there click:

• Start next to Medical Expenses

If your Medicare Premiums are included on your SSA-1099, you will not enter those premiums as TurboTax automatically will transfer them.

If you are not itemizing your expenses these are not deductible unless you are self-employed.
