Where is the personal information tab? How can I change where I lived for the year? Somehow, TT thinks I lived outside of US for >6mo.

The menu is on the left side of the screen. If you don't see it, look up at the top left. If there are three horizontal lines, click on those. Now you will see the menu with MY INFO.
