Where/how do I enter medical related expenses for my dependent parent?

My father-in-law was in a full care facility which we paid all expenses for directly, including monthly living, transportation, etc. He qualifies as a dependent, but I am not sure how to add these expenses into the returns. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
