If this was income tax withheld when you sold the property, enter it in the "Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099" interview.

This interview is found under Personal > Deductions and Credits > Estimates and Other Taxes Paid > > Other Income Taxes > Other Income taxes paid in 2016.
