Where do i report sale of second home which was last used as a rentalin 2015

To report a sale of second home in TurboTax Premier online program, go to:

After sign into your account, select Take me to my return

2.  At the right upper corner, in the search box type in sale of second home , then Enter 

3.  Select the 1st choice on the search results - Jump to sale of second home 

4.  Program will take you directly to screen, Did you sell any investments in 2016 ?  select Yes.

5.  Under Choose the type of investment you sold, select Second Home.  Follow through the prompts. 

If the "Jump to "method does not work, follow these steps:

1.  Sign into your account and select Take me to my return

2.  On the screen, across the top, select tab Federal Taxes / Wages & Income

3.  Scroll down to Investment Income / Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other, select Start

4.  On screen, Did you sell any investments in 2016 ? ,select Yes.

5.  Under Choose the type of investment you sold, select Second Home and follow through the prompts.
