Where do I mail in my property tax refund? Since it cannot be e-filed until March 13th

My state and federal options to file are "e-file", but when it comes to my rental refund, it shows the options are "by mail" or "I'm not ready to file". It doesn't elaborate on where I should mail it off to in order to process this.
