If you have a dependent care FSA, that is reported in box 10 of your W-2.
Medical FSAs are not reported anywhere on your tax return. The amount was already subtracted from your W-2 taxable wages by your employer. Don't enter anything for the FSA contributions, and don't include any medical expenses that were paid from the FSA in the deduction section.
