On your form 1095-A, column A shows the actual monthly cost of your insurance policy.
Column B shows the Second lowest cost Silver plan (SLCSP). This is used to calculate your final premium tax credit, when you file your tax return.
Column C shows your monthly advance tax credit.
The premium you pay each month is the difference between Column A and column C.

You do not directly enter the amount you pay monthly out-of-pocket. As I mentioned, that amount is the difference between column A and column C.
You just have to enter the amounts as they appear on your form 1095-A.
