Where do I find business deductions for my Real Estate business?

Define RE Business ... is it incorporated ?   Or a Sole Proprietorship ?

What *exactly* does your RE business do? Does it buy and sell real estate? Does it own rental property that is rented out to others in the production of income? Does it manage rental property for other owners?

Is your business a sole proprietorship, single member LLC, multi-member LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp or Partnership?

What kind of expenses are you asking about? Repair/maintenance of rental property the business owns? Office expenses? Expenses for what your business pays to others who provide your business products or services? Something else?
