Where do i enter real estate taxes i paid on another property in another state

Enter it by clicking on the Federal Taxes tab, then Deductions & Credits, then scroll down to Your Home and click on Property (Real Estate) Taxes.

On the screen that says Enter the property taxes you paid, you'll see a box for "Your Main Home" and another box for "Additional Homes or Land."  You'll use that second box.
