where do I enter Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit for donations that provide a State tax credit?

To enter information for the Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit in the Virginia state tax return organizer in TurboTax Online, go to State from the left menu then select Edit or Continue next to Virginia.

Click through the screens until you get to the one that says Take a look at Virginia credits and taxes. 

The Neighborhood Assistance Act credit is at the top of the screen under Personal, home and family credits. Click Start next to the Neighborhood Assistance Act to enter your information.
