Where do I enter mileage (15,000/year) for taking care of aging parent?

My mother is 94 years old and cannot stay alone. I travel 15,000 miles per year to take care of mom. Where can this be deducted?

Unfortunately, your travel expenses to care for your parent are not deductible

However, if you provided over one half of the parent’s total financial support in 2016, you may be able to claim him/her as your dependent as well as any of the parent's medical expenses you paid for..
