I purchase Google Ads for a client every month, which I then bill them for directly along with a monthly fee for management. They. included the amount reimbursed along with the fee in my 1099, but only the fee is truly income.
Where and how do I indicate the amount that was actually reimbursement so that it is not counted as income?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You can enter the amount that you paid on behalf of your clients as business expenses under Other Miscellaneous expenses and describe it as Amounts paid on behalf of clients and included in income.
