Where do I change if I owned a house in 2019

Depends on whether you are talking about on your Federal return or a state return.  If Federal return and you need to enter a mortgage statement or property taxes:

1.  Click on "deductions & credits" tab at the top of page

2.  Scoll down to "Your Home"  section

3.  Click "Show more"

4.  Find "mortage, refinancing..."

5.  Click "start/revisit" 

If in a state interview for property tax credits for example, 

1.  Click on "state" in left hand menu

2.  Click "Prepare State" and continue

3.  Edit state

4.  Scroll to the "credits" area and find any homeowner or property tax or homestead credits for example and edit as needed.
