where can I enter daycare expenses paid in 2025 beyond the 5,000 in my W2?

To enter, edit or delete Child and Dependent Care expenses -

Click on Federal Taxes
Click on Deductions & Credits
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Under You and Your Family
On Child and Dependent Care Credit, click on the start or update button

You would enter those in the Deduction and Credits section, then You and Your Family, then Child and Dependent Care Credit.  Also, you can only consider expenses of up to $3,000 per child and a total of $6,000 in expenses for all children.
