Sorry--improvements or repairs for your own home are not deductible. Save your receipts and invoices; some of those expenses may be needed someday when you sell the house.
What is the home used for? If it is your personal home, you cannot deduct these expenses. These would all be considered home maintenance and repairs, not home improvements. If you made any home improvements, they would be added to your cost basis and then when you sell your house, they would be decrease your profit on the sale of the house.
If this is for a rental property, then as you walk through the rental section, the roof and water system would be added as a rental maintenance and repair and the refrigerator would be added as an asset. You can find this by entering rental expenses in the search bar and clicking on Jump To.
