If you are experiencing hurricane disaster
distribution questions when going through the 1099R section of TurboTax, this
is a known issue.
Customers are currently experiencing an issue where they are
going through the 1099R flow, and when asked Was this a Qualified Disaster
Distribution? They answer "No" they are still sent through the
Qualified Disaster Distribution flow.
Please note, you can answer no to these questions and when
asked "What type of disaster affected you in 2017?" leave the
selection blank and hit continue.
This will not affect any calculations
and you will be able to E-file.
