When we try to file our federal return we keep getting stopped and it wants us to fill out adoptive child forms? We don’t have adopted children.

You must have have clicked something accidentally in My Info when it was asking about whether you supported another person, entered dependents, etc.

This isn’t the case. It asked us to fill out an 8839 form and when I look for it in my documents to delete it it isn’t there. I think it’s a glitch in their system. I looked over all my dependents and they all have not adopted selected.
