When TT is asking about HSA contributions, it's asking about money you sent directly to the HSA, not what was already withheld from your paycheck and listed on this W-2. This is a common error and ends up duplicating the money contributed to the HSA.
Code W is the withholdings from your paycheck for HSA monies.
Code DD is not used on your tax return anywhere, but represents what your medical insurance cost your employer to provide to you.
