When I try to typing in the section 5 of form 8862 Form 8862: Line 5 Child Last Name-1 must be entered. is not working do not let me

That field is not editable as it pulls the data from somewhere else.  You either have to go back to the Step-by-Step mode (Personal Info) or enter the dependent's information on the Dependent Wks (xxxx) which is way up top in the forms list.

there is nothing for me add on top the form and I did the step by step and still stuck keep asking me to add first name and last name of my dependent

When you click on FORMS do you see the dependent worksheet?  There should be one for each dependent.
