When I add my 1098 for my second home it appears as one home the same as my main home. Should the address for the second home from box 8 be entered somewhere?

Also my real estate tax appears to all be on my main home.

Yes, all Mortgage Interest and Property Taxes from homes you own are added together for purposes of calculating Itemized Deductions on Schedule A.

You can see the individual 1098 entries by typing '1098' in the Find window, then 'Jump to 1098' (screenshot).
