When going through the Foreign Tax Credit questions, the system never asks for how much foreign tax credit I am requesting. It takes me back to the 'Tax Breaks' page.

Questions take me to 'Country of Residence', Date Taxes Paid', and 'Foreign Taxes Were Paid or Accrued', and then the next page is 'Carryovers or Carrybacks' and when I click on 'No', the system takes me to the 'Your Tax Breaks' page without ever letting me input any foreign taxes paid numbers.

When you are going through the interview for Foreign Taxes paid, on the screen No Other Income or Expenses answer NO.  This will allow you continue so that the taxes paid can be entered.

Thanks for this.  This was driving me crazy.  They really need to change the wording of the question!
