When entering the sale tax deduction, what dates do I use? I've lived in WA since 3/2012. Do I use that date or just cover this tax year (1/2017 - 12/2017)?

You're filing just for tax year 2017 right now. The dates "should" pre-populate as 1/1/2017 through 12/31/2017.
