When asked to "enter other taxes paid" for a backyard cottage I rent occasionally through airbnbn, do I report my home property tax I paid in the last calendar year? The cottage is part of my property.

No, not if you already entered your property taxes. You can deduct a portion of them under the rental and a portion of them under personal itemized deductions. If you set this up as a separate rental, you would have to determine the amounts yourself and enter them in each section.
