When are they accepting child tax credit refunds by?

Any returns that include Earned Income Credit and/or Additional Child Tax Credit will be held until around mid-February. And refunds from those returns will start releasing in late February. Please see below for additional details.

Keep in mind, the IRS has stated that they will not even start accepting e-filed returns until January 29, 2018.
