What type of plan were you enrolled in?
My husband got health insurance from MVP through his new job, and he recently received a letter with a form 1095-B. None of the available options fit the situation, so which one do I pick?

Please do not pick any of the options...When
going through the Health Insurance section, all you have to do is indicate that
you have health insurance coverage all year (if applicable) and that you were
not enrolled in other plans (such us Obamacare of Healthcare.gov plan).
Form 1095-B is not reported on your tax return. Only form 1095-A is. The form is a receipt from private insurers or employers confirming you had health coverage. Keep it for your records.
