What payment type should I put down for a donation paid for via Paypal?

I'm trying to use the It'sDeductible Online service and I'm not sure what to put in as the payment type, as I went through PayPal (via direct transfer from my bank account) for several of my donations. The only options are Cash, Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Payroll Deduction. For now, I've selected Debit. I don't want to misreport my donations, so what should I be selecting?

Also, it asks if I have a receipt and I was wondering if that's only applicable to a receipt directly from the organization of if a PayPal receipt would count?

You could put debit since it came from a direct transfer from your bank. The receipt would need to be from the organization.
