There is no such thing and you don't need it if you input the IRS 6419 letter info in the correct place ... so where are you trying to enter it ???
TurboTax will compute the full amount of the Child Tax Credit if you enter a dependent in your tax return and the dependent qualifies as a qualifying child.
In January 2022, the IRS will send you Letter 6419 to provide the total amount of Advance Child Tax Credit payments that were disbursed to you during 2021. You and your spouse will each receive your own letter with the total you each received.
The amount of Advance Child Tax Credit payments will be entered at the screen Tell us about any Advance Child Tax Credits.
TurboTax software will compare the credit, deduct the advance payments and post a Child Tax Credit on line 28 of the Federal 1040.
You may view the entry on the Federal 1040 under Tax Tools / Tools / View Tax Summary / Preview my 1040.
You may view the completed Federal 8812 Tax tools / Print Center.

How's do I take them child tax credit off that was put on by accident
Remove the qualifying children to remove the credit however ...
EVERYONE filing a tax return this year will have to visit the CTC section of the program even if they are not claiming any dependents on the 2021 return because the program cannot KNOW who got a CTC advance last year.
This goes for the third stimulus payment as well ... EVERYONE will need to answer those RRC questions.
And with the changes to the EIC more taxpayers will be eligible for it this year ... it is important to visit this credit as well.
Failure to complete any of these sections will result in error messages when you get to the REVIEW tab and you cannot efile with those errors.
So everyone needs to complete all sections of the TT interview and not skip the deductions & credits section this year even if they have in the past.
I just left it blank and it was accepted
