What is the additional form I need to report foreign accounts (less than $10,000) that is not already included in the Free Edition package? It looks like Schedule B in Form 1040 but is this not already included in Free Edition?

 Unfortunately, Schedule B is not included with the free version. Due to the changes in the tax law, there is only a simplified 1040 with schedules.  The free edition does not include the schedules.

The Free Edition this year does not include such things as student loan deductions, retirement savings contribution credit, education credit, child and dependent care credit, or unemployment compensation & paid family leave. All of these situations now requires a separate Schedule to report the items.
