What if there is two delivery platforms used? Does separate mileage need to be added?

No, if you are reporting all of your income as a delivery driver on a single Schedule C, then you do not need to separate the mileage on your tax return between the two platforms where you receive your income.

In the case where you made deliveries for two different platforms, you were essentially performing the same task and your business income and expenses would be reported on a single Schedule C instead of separating it into multiple businesses and multiple Schedule Cs.  Report all of your income and expenses combined on the same Schedule C.
