What if the HSA account moved from one back to another in the same year? the other account had a distribution of 114.54. where do i enter that?

Are you saying that you transferred the amount in one HSA to another in 2016? Or are you saying that you had one HSA with a $114.54 distribution, but you are now in another HSA?

If you mean the latter case, just add another 1099-SA (a blue line of text that's hard to see on the screen where you clicked to add the first 1099-SA). It won't matter that there are two HSAs involved.
