WHAT IF I DO NOT PAY MY HOME INSURANCE AND PROPERTY TAXES TO MY MORTGAGE COMPANY, should I still put the amounts I paid in the section for the bank?

Your homeowners insurance for your own home is not deductible so you do not enter it anywhere. To enter your property taxes paid:
Federal>Deductions and Credits>Your Home>Property Taxes
